How it is built, by role

The same roles apply across the whole collection. Nothing in this block is specific to this site; what the site says about itself is quoted word for word below it.

  1. 1

    Edge network

Visitors reach a site through an edge layer: a content delivery network with a web application firewall in front of it.

  2. 2

    Application host

The edge talks to an application host that serves the site and renders its pages.

  3. 3

    Data

What the pages show comes from a relational database or, for a site pre-rendered at build time, from data files built into its release.

  4. 4

    Scheduled measurement

The collection measures its sites on a schedule: content dates and site health nightly, page counts read from each site’s sitemap weekly. Every reading is kept with its date. A site too large to re-walk is not re-measured, and shows no trend.

  5. 5

    Public status feed

A monitoring panel sends a signed report on uptime, deploys and backups once a day, and the Operations page publishes it. A figure on this page that comes from that report says so.

In the site's own words

Each passage is copied unaltered from a page the site publishes, with the address it was taken from and the date we took it. We add nothing between them.

“An independent UK & EU peptide education publisher. We explain UK law, regulatory context, safety, evidence grading, and athlete risk. We are not a retailer, not a clinic, not a prescriber, and we do not provide dosing or sourcing guidance.”

“We summarise primary sources — MHRA, NICE, NHS, EMA, WADA, and peer-reviewed research — so a non-specialist can understand what is reliable, what is uncertain, and what is risky.”

“Summarise the evidence — and clearly mark what is human, animal, theoretical, or insufficient.”

Source: peptideauthority.co.uk/about · retrieved 2026-10-24

“A consistent grading system (A–E plus R / S for regulatory and sport risk) so claims, peptides, and stacks can be assessed at a glance.”

Source: peptideauthority.co.uk/about · retrieved 2026-10-24

“Every peptide profile renders an at-a-glance summary box and the 20-module Evidence Standards Panel. Some entries have full evidence-grading seeded; others render honest fallback text and are progressively enriched.”

Source: peptideauthority.co.uk/llms-full.txt · retrieved 2026-10-24

“All content follows a documented review process designed to catch overclaims, outdated regulation, missing safety warnings, and citation gaps. Each page shows a last-reviewed date and a route to send a correction.”

Source: peptideauthority.co.uk/about · retrieved 2026-10-24

“We have one affiliate relationship — disclosed openly — with a single retailer that supplies research peptides; we do not rank vendors, recommend sourcing routes, or steer readers toward unregulated buying.”

Source: peptideauthority.co.uk/about · retrieved 2026-10-24

“MHRA / NICE / NHS context across 71 peptide profiles.”
