Client portal

The client portal is a sign-in area for the people we work with. Alongside the sites listed in the directory, it shows the sites that are not listed there, including private and client sites, with the figures and screenshots behind them.

What you can see once signed in

• An index of the sites that are not listed in the directory, largest first, that you can search and filter, with a screenshot of each.
• A slideshow that walks through those sites, with the option to fold in the sites listed in the directory.
• Fleet health: which sites are broken, thin, redirected, stale or not yet checked.
• Operations: each site's uptime, deploys, certificates and backups.

How access works

Access is by invitation. Only email addresses we have approved can sign in: enter yours and we send a one-time link that stays valid for 24 hours. An address that is not on the list is refused: no link is sent and no account is created. If you work with us and would like access, or yours has stopped working, ask through the contact page.

Privacy

The sign-in pages and the portal are kept out of search engines and are not stored in shared caches. Your email address is used to check the approved list and to send your link, and a cookie keeps you signed in afterwards. This page does not name any private or client site.
