Rise From The Edge

Help right now — and a way through what comes next

Most suicide prevention content stops at a phone number. That is the right first answer and a poor only answer, because the hardest part is rarely the hour of the crisis — it is the weeks after, when the crisis team has gone, the waiting list is eleven months long, and nobody has told you what recovery is supposed to feel like. This site does both. Every crisis contact is verified against the provider's own page and dated, so you can see when a human last checked it. Everything after that — safety plans, self-checks, worksheets, guides for the people around you — is built for the long middle, where most of the work of getting better actually happens. The site's own limits are enforced by build gates rather than editorial intention: it never describes or compares methods, never assigns an individual risk score, never hosts a forum or comment section, and never puts a sign-in wall, pop-up or advert between someone in crisis and a phone number.
